Calendar (2025)
- November 3rd, 2024 / February 2nd, 2025: Zoom info session at 5:00 pm (EST).
- March 1st, 2025: Deadline to apply for the program, and, if you qualify, for a scholarship (two different steps). Applications without scholarship will be considered until April 1st, but space is limited.
- March 15th, 2025: Acceptance email sent and scholarships awarded.
- March 22nd, 2025 March: Mandatory Zoom orientation session. Course pre-registration begins shortly thereafter.
- April 1st, 2025: Deadline to officially commit to participate.
- June 5th, 2025 : Students arrive in Avignon.
- June 9th, 2025: First day of classes.
- July 17th, 2025: Last day of classes. End of program celebrations.
- July 10th-20th, 2025: Students leave Avignon.
